We have accepted the Practice Fusion challenge to provide real-time health information to patients and their families when and where they need it, “On-demand Health”

Our solution is a real-time mobile infant health record named, “Baby’s First Health Diary”. It is designed for moms, dads, caregivers and their doctors to provide the best of care information, on demand, when and where they need it. Our solution along with Practice Fusions EHR provide the tools to track an infants development as well as their health and share the information with their doctors.
